Capabilities
We make going solar simple by offering all the services needed under one roof.
Our customers can purchase their system via cash, a loan, a lease or a power purchase agreement (PPA). Whether you have tax appetite and prefer a cash deal, or you want to leverage a zero-down PPA, REC Solar is experienced in helping businesses optimize their finance goals. Our finance team is ready to guide you through the cash flow analysis and weigh the options, including the Green Energy Money $aver (GEM$) On-Bill Program.
We have been fine-tuning our process for Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) for more than 20 years, allowing us to bring differentiated value that no other EPC provider can deliver in Hawaii. We have the expertise to design and build specialized systems (including ground mounts, carports, and rooftop arrays) that take into account the complex geographical and environmental requirements of the Hawaiian Islands.
For many organizations, our battery storage systems help enhance the value of their solar investment. Solar by itself can drastically cut monthly energy bills. Storage systems amplify those savings by addressing demand charges. Combining solar and storage can be a winning combination for customers with the right energy profile.
A microgrid is a collection of distributed energy sources (like PV, generators, and battery storage) that can increase resilience, cost avoidance and sustainability. Microgrids may be especially viable for businesses who require energy security – hospitals, data centers, military bases, water treatment facilities, etc.
