1. PO Terms and Conditions
Explanation of purchase agreements between REC Solar and its suppliers.
The W-8BEN form (titled Certificate of Foreign Status of Beneficial Owner for United States Tax Withholding) is used in the United States taxation system by foreign persons (including corporations) to certify their non-American status.
U.S. Vendors must provide a W-9 Form. This is used to request the taxpayer identification number (TIN) of a U.S. person (including a resident alien) and to request certain certifications and claims for exemption.
4. How to Get an Invoice Paid
- Ensure a valid Purchase Order # has been provided on the invoice that is submitted
- Ensure current payment terms are referenced on the invoice

All prospective suppliers are required to complete the Prospective Supplier Form in its entirety and submit it to REC Solar for review. This form has been designed to answer preliminary questions and determine whether or not there is a possibility of a business fit between our companies.
All inquiries will be reviewed and forwarded to the designated buyer of record for the appropriate category. A buyer will contact you after your information has been reviewed.
