Overview

At REC Solar, we look to do business with companies that share our values, including those striving to promote sustainability and environmental stewardship. We select suppliers that value overall cost, quality and a commitment to mutual long-term success.

2. MSE Vendor Compliance Manual
The Compliance Manual describes the expectations and requirements placed upon MSE supply chain vendors. Please refer to this manual for guidance across departments including Legal, Purchasing, Packaging, Transportation and Accounting.

3. W-8BEN
The W-8BEN form (titled Certificate of Foreign Status of Beneficial Owner for United States Tax Withholding) is used in the United States taxation system by foreign persons (including corporations) to certify their non-American status. Non-U.S. Vendors.

4. W-9
U.S. Vendors must provide a W-9 Form. This is used to request the taxpayer identification number (TIN) of a U.S. person (including a resident alien) and to request certain certifications and claims for exemption.

For your convenience we have provided the above forms. Each supplier must provide the appropriate tax documentation and ensure REC Solar has a copy of the current, up-to-date form on record.

5. How to Get an Invoice Paid
• Ensure a valid Purchase Order # has been provided on the invoice that is submitted
• Ensure current payment terms are referenced on the invoice

Want to Become a Supplier?

If you are interested in becoming a supplier, please complete and submit the Prospective Supplier Form. All prospective suppliers are required to complete the Prospective Supplier Form in its entirety and submit it to REC Solar for review. This form has been designed to answer preliminary questions and determine whether or not there is a possibility of a business fit between our companies. All inquiries will be reviewed and forwarded to the designated buyer of record for the appropriate category. A buyer will contact you after your information has been reviewed.
