The Sales Estimator/Engineer reports to the Director of Development Engineering and is responsible for supporting and managing the technical project qualification and proposal requirements, and performing technical diligence, for new commercial and utility scale solar projects during the development and Sales proposal stages.
INSIDE SALES ASSOCIATE
The Inside Sales Associate reports to the Director of Business Operations, and is responsible for supporting Outside Sales consultants by generating leads via industry research, outbound calls, emails, and networking. The Inside Sales Associate will act as point-of-contact with potential customers to move prospects through sales channels.
The Project Manager has the overall responsibility for managing the commercial solar projects from start to finish. The PM oversees cross-functional teams including legal, contract administration, engineering, purchasing, subcontracting, and direct hire construction. The Project Manager also manages project staff, including Assistant PMs and Project Admins.
The Project Administrator reports to the Sr. Project Manager, and is responsible for supporting the Project Management team in the successful implementation of mid-to-large-scale solar projects. Duties include: preparation & administration of project documents, assisting with project reporting & invoicing, and maintenance of logs/spreadsheets.
The Construction Superintendent will manage REC Solar's commercial field construction teams to ensure a safe work environment, high quality of work, customer satisfaction, and project profitability. This position will work closely with Project Management, Construction Services, Engineering, and Safety/Quality teams.
The Construction Manager (CM) is responsible for the supervision of construction operations for projects ranging in size from 100 kW to 20 MW. The CM ensures that safety practices, quality standards, and production goals are met. This position works with Project Management to develop production schedules, budgets, manage subcontractors, and more .
The Electrical Foreman reports to a General Foreman or Construction Superintendent and is responsible for leading all electrical workers on a project site. The Foreman is responsible for leading personnel, technical training, creating material lists, thoroughly planning electrical work schedules, and documenting quality and safety inspections.
The Licensed Electrician reports to the Construction Manager or Construction Superintendent and is responsible for installing all electrical portions of commercial solar electric installations in a safe, high quality, and efficient installation manner. Position requires a current Electrical Journeyman certification/license in the state of Hawaii
SERVICE TECHNICIAN (II)
REC Service Technicians are responsible for ensuring the end-to-end safety, quality, and performance of solar PV systems. This role includes performing preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, and periodic supervision of laborers. The ideal candidate thinks critically, can work well independently, and is a problem-solver skilled at troubleshooting.
SENIOR SERVICE TECHNICIAN (III)
San Luis Obispo, CA

Senior Service Technicians will also provide guidance in the development of Project Specific Testing & Commissioning Plans.
