Mike Gallagher
Regional Sales Manager
Mike Gallagher is the Regional Sales Manager for Northern California, managing the Residential Sales Team. This includes branch offices in San Luis Obispo, Fresno, Sacramento, Sunnyvale and Petaluma. Mike earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from CSU Fresno in June of 2003 with an emphasis on Marketing and Sales Management. He has been with REC Solar since 2007 and has actively worked in both the Central Valley and Bay Area markets. During his tenure with REC Solar he has been directly involved with more than 200 projects and 1.2MW of solar installed. He is an avid sports fan, following his favorite Bay area teams, the Giants and 49ers. In his spare time, he and his wife love to travel and enjoy the outdoors.
Gilbert Correia
Regional Operations Manager
Gilbert Correia is the Northern Ca. Regional Operations Manager for REC Solar Inc. Gilbert has been with REC since 2004 and has worked as a Electrical Forman, Construction Manager, Branch Operations Manager and now Regional Ops. Manager. Gilbert has been involved in the field of commercial & industrial Electricity for over 25 yrs. and has been involved with overseeing 6 MW & 800 different solar installations in the time he has been with REC Solar. When Gilbert is not helping bring Solar to the Mainstream, he enjoys spending time with his wife Kathy hiking in our beautiful National Forest, spending time with their children and grandkids, or giving back to their community.
Scott Fisher
Construction Supervisor
Scott Fisher is REC Solar Construction Supervisor for the Bay Area, he was previously an installer with REC for 5 years. Scott has experience in electrical maintenance and retrofitting electrical main services for large corporations, and retail chains across the United States. One of his accomplishments was that he was involved in reducing power consummation from a forty story building by half. Scott is also certified in CPR, First Aid and operating fork lift. Scott is always working and has little or no time for hobbies he enjoys keeping busy.
Melissa Alcordo
Project Planner
Melissa Alcordo is the Bay Area Project Planner for REC Solar. Melissa joined the REC Solar team with five years project management experience in the construction industry. She has managed residential and commercial projects throughout the Bay Area, including landscaping, custom pools, new homes and now, PV solar systems. Melissa graduated from San Jose State with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management. When she’s not working hard at REC Solar, Melissa enjoys attending local San Jose Sharks games.
