REC Solar was contracted to furnish and install this roof-mounted system as well as to train Navy personnel on the technology, assembly, installation, and safety instructions of solar PV. This project allowed REC Solar to share our extensive solar knowledge and expertise with personnel who are responsible for implementing the Department of Defense’s energy policies, in turn allowing them to perform their tasks more efficiently. REC Solar delivered more than a renewable power system to the customer – we delivered knowledge.
