Base Salary
We offer competitive salaries to attract retain and motivate high-performing employees. We also believe in rewarding excellent performance. We provide multiple feedback sessions throughout the year to ensure our employees and managers set clear expectations together and those expectations are communicated. Our merit-based system ties salary increases and promotion opportunities to results.
Incentive Pay/Bonus
We believe that employees deserve rewards for exceptional performance, so we offer bonus and incentive programs at all levels of our company. This includes sales commissions, bonuses and other cash incentive programs.
Building financial security
401(k)-REC Solar’s 401(k) employees accumulate savings on a tax deferred basis. REC matches a generous portion of the employees’ contribution amount-dollar-for-dollar of the first 4%.
Health and Wellness
Medical-Employees can choose from up to three options (depending on location) including PPO, HMO and HSA options with generous Employer contributions towards premiums for individuals and families.
Vision-Provides for exams, frames, lenses or contacts through VSP. VSP has the most extensive network of optometrists and vision care specialists in the country.
Dental-We keep our employees’ smiles healthy with robust Dental insurance plans.
Life Insurance and AD&D-REC provides a base level life insurance and AD&D plan, with options for our employees to increase coverage levels at their own cost for themselves and family members.
Employee Assistance Program- We understand that bumps in the road are part of life! Available at no cost to our employees and families, our Employee Assistance program provides confidential consultations, referrals and information when employees need help.
Time Off
Vacation -Because there is more to life than work! REC Solar offers eligible employees paid vacation time that increase with tenure
Holidays-11 paid holidays per year, including our own REC Solar Day!
Sick Time-We hope our employees do not get sick, but if they do we encourage them to stay home and recover.
