John McRae

Senior Solar Consultant

John McRae is one of REC Solar’s most committed and enthusiastic consultants. McRae is driven by a strong belief in the need for renewable energy, particularly in Arizona where there is abundant sunshine. “Coal is a tough habit to kick, but we can do it!” states McRae. Over the next 25 years, McRae’s commitment to Arizona specifically will have reduced our dependence on foreign oil by nearly 670,840 barrels; this is the equivalent of planting nearly 228,800 trees, reducing greenhouse gases by 1,200,479 lbs or removing 1600 cars from the road. John attended California Polytechnic State University where he earned a BS in Industrial Technology and a Masters in Business Administration.

Michael Lind

Regional Sales Manager

Michael Lind has been with REC since 2004, built a successful regional branch serving Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties, managed a sales team which consistently captured the number one sales spot in that region and has personally sold over 400 residential and small commercial systems with more than 2.1 MW of projects placed in service. Michael attended the San Francisco Art Institute, and enjoys hiking and mountain biking in the fabulous mountains around his home in Prescott Arizona where he is currently managing the residential sales team in one of the most dynamic solar states in the county.

Chris Harris

Regional Project Planner

Chris Harris is the Regional Project Manager for the Mountain West region of REC Solar. He is an Arizona State University graduate with a bachelors of science degree in Construction Management, and is also a LEED Accredited Professional. Prior to coming to REC Solar, Chris was a Project Engineer and Project Manager for an Arizona-based commercial general contractor. When he’s not working to bring solar to the mainstream, Chris enjoys reading, being outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.
