Angiolo Laviziano, Chief Executive Officer
Angiolo Laviziano is the Chief Executive Officer of REC Solar. He has over 10 years experience in the global solar market. He joined REC Solar in 2005 with the vision to combine business success with the goal to create sustainable energy solutions.
Prior to joining REC Solar in 2005, Angiolo was one of the founding members at Conergy AG – one of the largest solar companies in the world at that time. As CFO and Chief Sales Officer he was instrumental in Conergy’s rapid growth into the international solar market in Europe, Asia, South America and United States. Before that he worked at an investment bank in Hong Kong and at the Prime Minister’s Office of Laos where he helped the country to become an eco-tourism destination.

Angiolo has published and presented a number of articles and papers in PV-related scientific magazines and at conferences. He received a Masters degree in Business from the Koblenz School of Corporate Management in Germany and a Ph.D. degree in Financial Economics from the University of Hong Kong.

David Termondt, Chief Financial Officer
David Termondt is Chief Financial Officer of REC Solar as well as its corporate parent, Mainstream Energy, where he is responsible for the company's overall financial activities and leads several departments, including business unit finance, tax and controllership.
A finance veteran from the high tech industry, Mr. Termondt previously was Vice President and Corporate Controller at E2Open. He was responsible for managing the company’s worldwide cash, debt, foreign exchange, capital structure, risk management and benefits plan administration.

Before that, he was Vice President of CIT Finance for McKesson, the nation’s largest and oldest health care services company. Termondt holds an MBA from Pennsylvania State University and a BA in Economics from Marquette University.

Daniel Crespo-Dubie, Chief Information Officer
Daniel Crespo-Dubie is Chief Information Officer of REC Solar and its corporate parent, Mainstream Energy, responsible for REC's national information technology (IT) strategy and all of the company's IT assets. This includes company-wide application development, data management, technology infrastructure, and telecommunication networks nationwide.
Crespo-Dubie's vision and leadership approach has garnered him wide recognition in the IT industry for leading transformational initiatives focused on optimizing IT in a business. He Previously, Crespo-Dubie was Vice President of Telecommunications and Network Services for McKesson Corporation, which he joined in 2003. He was responsible for managing that company's global network, contact centers and security infrastructure; responsibilities included engineering, planning, implementation, compliance, operations and security. Crespo-Dubie significantly enhanced the company's IT talent and focused the organization on global, scalable and standard systems.

Prior to McKesson, Crespo-Dubie spent 10 years at KeySpan Energy, gaining considerable experience in the utility and energy sectors. As KeySpan’s IT General Manager he introduced numerous innovations that resulted in a more effective business operations, higher service availability and substantially improved customer service.
Crespo-Dubie holds a Master of Science degree in Telecommunications from Pace University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Universidad de Buenos Aires.

Matthew Woods, VP Sales and Business Development
Matthew Woods manages all sales activities for REC Solar. He currently oversees all sales regions in six states with annual sales growth over 75 percent. Under his leadership, REC Solar has grown to become one of the largest solar system integrators in the United States.
“My passion is providing the best solar solution to our customers” says Woods. “At REC Solar we deliver great value and impeccable service to our clients every day. We are not just another installer – we pride ourselves in being a partner that our customers can trust before, during and after the installation of their solar system.”
Woods previously worked in the financial services industry as a district sales manager for a Fortune 500 company and the US banking division for Comerica Bank.
Woods has a B.S. in Finance and Economics from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.

Ethan Miller, Sr. Director of Implementation
Ethan Miller oversees the implementation of all solar projects at REC Solar, including branch operations, engineering, installation and service. He also participates in product development. Miller’s current focus is ensuring the operational excellence of the company’s rapid expansion into new and existing solar markets nationwide.
Since 2001 Miller has managed the engineering and installation of all REC Solar projects. “At REC Solar we combine best-of-class installation efficiency with very high quality work,” says Miller. “Our engineers and installers pursue this goal relentlessly.”

Miller has a BS in Mechanical Engineering with a focus in renewable energy from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. He earned certification from the North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners (NABCEP) and has completed coursework in project management from the University of California, Berkeley. Miller has also participated in most solar manufacturer certification programs.

Nicholas Mack, General Counsel
Nicholas Mack is General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for REC Solar, as well as its corporate parent, Mainstream Energy, and is responsible for all aspects of its legal affairs, including strategic and complex transactions, corporate governance, intellectual property, legal compliance and litigation. Before joining REC Solar and Mainstream in June 2008, Nick was Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Yodlee, a privately-held Silicon Valley company that provides financial transactions software and services to leading U.S. and international banks, brokerages, and financial websites. Prior to joining Yodlee, Nick spent five years as Senior Counsel and Assistant General Counsel in the Products Law Group at Sun Microsystems, supporting the development of cutting-edge hardware and software. At the outset of his legal career, Nick practiced commercial, intellectual property, antitrust and construction litigation for six years at law firms in San Francisco and the Silicon Valley, including Heller Erhman and Coudert Brothers.

Nick is a member of the State Bar of California and the Association of Corporate Counsel. Nick received his J.D. degree from University of California, Hastings College of Law and a B.A. with honors in American Government from Georgetown University.
