Lee Johnson, President and Chief Executive Officer

Lee Johnson is the President and Chief Executive Officer of REC Solar. Lee joined the company after 18 years in international business with the A.P. Moller – Maersk Group, where he was responsible for all Latin American operations and around 5,000 employees, and Collaboration, a management consulting firm.

While at Maersk Group, Lee led the merger of Central and South American organizations into the Latin American Region while maintaining the highest employee engagement in the company while adding an additional $300 million in revenue, and he restructured its Korean organization into a North East Asian region resulting in cost reduction and streamlined operations.

Lee also previously led Mainstream Energy’s distribution business for 9 months in 2009 and 2010. Lee holds an MBA from IMD (International Institute for Management Development) and a BS in Business Logistics from Penn State University.

Betsy Wallace, Chief Financial Officer

Betsy Wallace is the Chief Financial Officer of Mainstream Energy and its subsidiaries, REC Solar and AEE Solar. She joined late July 2011 as a key member of the executive management team. Betsy is responsible for the overall financial and information technology operations of Mainstream Energy and its subsidiaries.

Betsy has over 30 years experience in finance, with over 15 years in the role of chief financial officer at various companies ranging from start-up to Fortune 50, public and privately held. Most recently she was Chief Financial Officer for TravelCLICK, American Skiing Company and Cyrano Sciences. From 1994-2000, Betsy lived and worked in Singapore. While there she was Director for Citigroup's Business Development group responsible for the financial aspects of the consumer's bank greater Asia mergers and acquisition activities. Additionally while based in Singapore, she was the chief financial officer of Hubbell International, the international subsidiary of Hubbell, Inc. Prior to moving to Singapore, Betsy was the Vice President of Finance and Tax for Esprit de Corp, based in San Francisco. Betsy started her career with Deloitte & Touche, CPA's.

Betsy received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from University of California, Los Angeles, and a graduate degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California.

Dave Morosoli, Vice President and General Manager, Commercial

Dave leads the company’s growth in all commercial and government sectors and has full P&L responsibility for this business unit. Prior to joining REC Solar Dave was Vice President of Operations and Sales for Petersen Dean Roofing and Solar. Prior to that, he spent 15 years in various senior management positions in the computer and electronics industry.

David holds a BS in Industrial Technology from San Jose State University with a minor in Military Science. Additionally, David is a retired Captain in the United States Army.

Ethan Miller, Vice President, Operations

Ethan is the Vice President of Operations for Mainstream Energy, parent of REC Solar, and oversees the Operations organization which includes: logistics, procurement, engineering, and construction.The Operations organization supports REC Solar residential, commercial, utility and government EPC.

Since 2001, Ethan has managed the engineering and installation of REC Solar projects witnessing firsthand the evolution of the US solar industry. During his experience at REC Solar, Ethan has personally managed the construction of over 5,000 projects totaling over $300 million in value.

Ethan has a BS in Mechanical Engineering with a focus in renewable energy from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. He earned certification from the North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners (NABCEP) and has completed coursework in project management from the University of California Berkeley.

Bryan Conklin, Senior Director, Marketing

Bryan is responsible for leading strategic and tactical marketing activities across the Mainstream group of companies. Previously for BP Solar, Bryan was Director of Marketing responsible for North American marketing activities across the residential, homebuilder, large commercial, and utility segments.

Prior to BP Solar, Bryan’s experience spans over 19 years of strategic marketing and consulting experience focused on driving innovation and growth within numerous Fortune 500 companies. His past roles include Manager in Accenture’s Strategic Services practice, Group Director of Strategy at AGENCY.COM - a leading internet consultancy, Marketing Manager for a $200MM segment at International Paper, and executive roles in startups.

Bryan holds a Bachelor of Science from Rutgers University, and an MBA from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School.
