Fun – At REC Solar, we play as hard as we work–and sometimes we even do both simultaneously! REC’ers are an active bunch of Solar advocates who pursue interests from cross-country cycling to winemaking, from surfing to playing music. We believe it is not just possible, but mandatory to have fun at work. Our CEO has even been known to make company announcements while wearing a Viking helmet (and we have pictures to prove it!)
